Would you know what particular equipment requires a special training and certification to be used?

Have you been trainned on which safety measures should be in place before you begin your job?

Have you been trainned on how to avoid and control the hazards that are present in your workplace?

Should you inform the supervisor or the Health & Safety manager upon entering a restricted area?

Are you familiar with all your responsibilities?
