Working with or close Heavy Equipment / Large Vehicles

Have you learned the rules on how to move in a workplace with heavy equipment and movement of large vehicles?

Do you check your equipment and /or vehicle you use according to the internal or manufacturer guidelines?

Do you have access to and know how to use all the necessary tools and items for emergency response (e.g. fire extinguisher)?

When you work with heavy or large machinery, have you've been trainned on its safe use?

Did you had any minor injuries or accident the past 3 years getting in or out of a heavy vehicle or large machinery?

Do know what type of accidents may occur when you don't follow loading or unloading procedures of your truck?

Did you receive special training on the safe use of electrically powered heavy equipment?

Do you check if the electrically powered equipment you use is in good condition?

Is there a Residual Current Device (RCD) between the electrical supply and the electrically powered equipment you use?
